18+ Age Verification
nabje verifies the age and identity of every player before allowing deposits or gameplay. Players under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or participating on the nabje platform. Bangladesh National ID verification is required.
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your nabje account settings. Once a deposit limit is active, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for any increase. This keeps your spending firmly within your planned budget.
Session Time Limits
Define a maximum daily playing time for your nabje account. When your session limit is reached, you will receive a notification and your session will end automatically. This helps prevent extended play that can lead to fatigue-driven decisions.
Time-Out Breaks
Take a short break from the nabje platform for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended from gameplay and deposits. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early, giving you a guaranteed recovery window.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, self-exclusion permanently blocks your nabje account for a minimum period of 6 months — up to 5 years or indefinitely. All marketing communications are stopped immediately upon self-exclusion. Contact support to activate.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable periodic pop-up reminders that display how long you have been playing, your net position for the session, and a prompt to review your gaming activity. Reality checks are available at 15, 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals and can be set from your account preferences.

Age Restriction
The nabje platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. We enforce a mandatory age and identity verification process for every new player registering on nabje. Players are required to submit a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document before being permitted to make a deposit or participate in any real-money game.
Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling: If nabje discovers — through our verification process or through a report — that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned (less any winnings generated while underage), and the incident will be flagged in our security records. nabje will never knowingly permit anyone under 18 to gamble on our platform.

- Date of birth provided during registration is verified against the submitted identity document.
- Accounts where age cannot be confirmed are suspended pending documentation review.

Deposit Limits
One of the most effective responsible gaming tools available on the nabje platform is the deposit limit feature. Deposit limits allow you to set a firm cap on how much money you can transfer into your nabje account over a given time period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets.
How to Set a Deposit Limit: Log in to your nabje account, navigate to Account Settings, select Responsible Gaming, and choose Deposit Limits. Enter the maximum amount in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) for your preferred period. The limit activates immediately.
Changing Your Deposit Limit: Reducing your deposit limit takes effect immediately — the lower amount applies to the current period from the moment you save the change. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active. This delay is intentional and is designed to prevent impulsive increases during a losing session.
- Daily deposit limit: Maximum ৳ amount depositable within any single calendar day.
- Weekly deposit limit: Maximum ৳ amount depositable within any 7-day rolling period.
- Monthly deposit limit: Maximum ৳ amount depositable within any 30-day rolling period.
If you have set a deposit limit and find yourself trying to find ways around it, this is a strong signal that gambling may be becoming a problem. Please use the time-out or self-exclusion features described in the sections below, or contact the nabje support team for guidance.
Time-Out Feature
The nabje time-out feature allows you to take a short, enforced break from the platform. Time-outs are suitable for players who feel they need a temporary pause — for example, after a losing streak, during a stressful period, or simply to reassess their gambling habits.
Available Time-Out Periods:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days (one week)
- 30 days (one month)
During a time-out period, your nabje account is suspended from all gaming activity. You cannot log in to play, and all deposit methods are blocked for the duration of the time-out. Any pending withdrawals will be processed normally during the time-out period. All promotional and marketing communications from nabje are paused for the duration of your time-out.
Important: Time-outs cannot be cancelled or reversed before they expire. This is a deliberate design decision — the value of a time-out comes from its enforceability. If you activate a 7-day time-out and then change your mind two days later, the time-out will continue for the full 7-day period.

Self-exclusion provides a longer and more comprehensive break from the platform and is the appropriate tool for players who believe their gambling is causing harm.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive player protection tool available on the nabje platform. It is designed for players who believe their gambling has become, or is at serious risk of becoming, a problem. Self-exclusion permanently suspends your nabje account for a minimum of 6 months and can be extended up to 5 years or set indefinitely.
What Happens When You Self-Exclude:
- Your nabje account is immediately locked from all gaming activity and deposits.
- All marketing and promotional communications from nabje to your registered contact details are stopped immediately and permanently for the duration of the exclusion.
- Any remaining account balance is returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
- Your account cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period, regardless of any request.
- After the exclusion period expires, you must contact the nabje support team to request account reactivation — accounts are not reopened automatically.
- Before reactivation after self-exclusion, nabje will conduct a brief wellbeing check to confirm you are comfortable returning to the platform.
How to Activate Self-Exclusion: Contact the nabje support team directly via live chat at [email protected] or through the live chat on the nabje platform. Inform the support agent that you wish to self-exclude and specify your preferred exclusion period (minimum 6 months). The support team will process your request immediately and send you a written confirmation. You may also initiate self-exclusion through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.

Problem Gambling Signs
Problem gambling can develop gradually and it is not always easy to recognise when gambling has shifted from a form of entertainment to something harmful. The following are common warning signs that gambling may be becoming a problem. If several of these apply to you or someone you know, it is important to seek support.
- Spending more money on gambling than you can afford to lose, or borrowing money to fund gambling activity.
- Gambling to recover losses from previous sessions ("chasing losses") rather than for entertainment.
- Thinking about gambling constantly — planning the next session, reviewing past bets, or calculating potential winnings while at work, school, or with family.
- Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when you are unable to gamble or when trying to reduce your gambling.
- Hiding your gambling activity from family members, friends, or colleagues out of shame or fear of their reaction.
- Neglecting work responsibilities, family obligations, or important life activities because of time or money spent gambling.
- Gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, loneliness, or other negative emotional states — using it as a coping mechanism rather than entertainment.
- Making repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down, control, or stop gambling.
- Relying on others to help you out of financial difficulties caused by gambling.
- Experiencing relationship problems, financial difficulties, or legal issues as a direct result of gambling.
