These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nabje platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account services available to players in Bangladesh. By registering an account or using any part of the nabje platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and nabje ("nabje", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nabje.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by nabje — including live casino games, sports betting, slots, jackpot games, or any payment service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Age Restriction
nabje strictly enforces an 18+ age policy across all game categories, betting markets, and payment services available on the platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register a nabje account, make a deposit, participate in any game or betting activity, or claim any bonus or promotional offer.
By completing the nabje account registration process, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are the legal owner of the payment method (bKash wallet, Nagad wallet, bank account, or debit/credit card) used to fund your nabje account.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the nabje platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nabje operates robust multi-account detection systems and will suspend all accounts associated with the same individual upon detection.
When registering a nabje account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:
- Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- A valid email address that you own and have access to.
- Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above.
- Your mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
- Your country of residence (Bangladesh).
You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your nabje account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your contact mobile number or email address — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
nabje conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of:
- A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
- A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested.
nabje will process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt during standard operating hours. Withdrawals will be held pending until KYC verification is successfully completed. nabje will never request your full payment account PIN, password, or one-time password (OTP) via any channel including live chat, email, or SMS.
Deposits & Withdrawals
nabje supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary by account verification status and transaction history. nabje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Deposit Terms:
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 via all supported mobile wallet methods.
- Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification level).
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nabje account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your account balance.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
Withdrawal Terms:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 to bKash or Nagad wallets.
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction (higher limits available upon request for verified accounts).
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nabje during standard hours (06:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6).
- Withdrawals submitted outside standard hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.
- All withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless account verification supports an alternative withdrawal channel.
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
- nabje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Bonus Policy
nabje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a 200% welcome bonus on first deposits (up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds), reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and special event offers tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh market occasions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus policies set out in this section.
Welcome Bonus — Key Terms:
- The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit on nabje.
- Minimum qualifying first deposit: ৳500.
- Maximum bonus awarded: ৳20,000 (triggered by a ৳10,000 first deposit).
- The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the total bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- The welcome bonus expires 30 days after it is credited to your account. Unmet wagering requirements after 30 days will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
General Bonus Rules:
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all game stakes.
- Withdrawals of real-money funds are permitted at any time. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds requires completion of applicable wagering requirements.
- nabje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus awards where misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
- Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, false identity registration, or third-party payment methods will be voided and accounts suspended.

User Obligations
As a registered nabje user, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:
- You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the account lifecycle, and update your details promptly if they change.
- You will keep your account login credentials strictly confidential and not share your username, password, or account OTP with any third party under any circumstances.
- You will ensure that any device used to access nabje is secured with appropriate anti-malware protection and is not shared with individuals who are under 18 years of age.
- You will not access the nabje platform using any automated tool, bot, script, or software that is not a standard consumer web browser or the official nabje mobile web interface.
- You will use nabje solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use the platform for any commercial, professional, or business purpose without prior written consent from nabje.
- You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh with respect to your use of the nabje platform, including laws relating to financial transactions, identity, and online conduct.
- You will play responsibly, make use of nabje's deposit limit and self-exclusion tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, and contact support at any time if you need assistance.
- You will promptly notify nabje's support team if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any technical fault that produces an erroneous game outcome, or any security vulnerability on the platform.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, bonus forfeiture, or permanent account closure at nabje's sole discretion, depending on the severity and nature of the breach.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nabje platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one nabje account, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
- Identity fraud: Registering using false, fabricated, or stolen identity information; impersonating another individual; or providing counterfeit identity documents during KYC verification.
- Money laundering: Using nabje deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. nabje reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
- Bonus abuse: Attempting to extract bonus value through exploitative betting strategies, low-variance hedging techniques, coordination with other accounts, or circumvention of wagering requirements.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinating bets, sharing cards or game information, or using pre-arranged signalling in live casino games.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macro software, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the nabje platform without human input.
- Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability on the nabje platform to obtain financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
- Harassment: Using nabje's live chat, support channels, or any communication feature to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate nabje staff or other users.
- Third-party payment abuse: Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or instructing other individuals to make deposits to your account on your behalf.
Account Closure
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your nabje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before submitting a closure request, ensure that you have withdrawn all real-money funds from your account balance, as nabje will process the withdrawal to your registered payment method upon receiving a valid closure request. Bonus balances and any bonus-derived funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion: If you are closing your account because you feel that gambling is causing you personal harm, please request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion carries additional protections — it places a block on re-registration attempts, and nabje's responsible gaming team will follow up to ensure you are aware of the support resources available. nabje-Initiated Closure: nabje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed after written notice to the registered email address.
In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, nabje reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and other materials displayed on the nabje platform are the intellectual property of nabje or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nabje platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any nabje software or game.

Limitation of Liability
nabje provides the gaming platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nabje makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nabje shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity interruptions beyond nabje's reasonable control.
- Any loss of data, including game history, bet records, or account information, resulting from circumstances beyond nabje's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nabje platform.
- Any financial losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the nabje platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
- Any actions, omissions, or technical issues attributable to third-party game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe) or payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard).
nabje's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the nabje platform, or any services provided by nabje shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their nabje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments
nabje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in operational policy, new game or payment integrations, or other business requirements. nabje will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email to the address registered on their account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the nabje platform, no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the nabje platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the nabje platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

Governing Law
